We carry out FEM analysis based on technical drawings of your products in order to spot any flaws or risks before the prototypes are developed. This saves you valuable time and reduces your development costs.

We then work together with you to decide what material, functional and release tests need to be carried out.

Once testing has been successfully completed, series production can start of:

• the seal
• the seal and the matching counterface
• the seal and the coating of the workpiece either made by us or provided by you
